Strengthen your immune system with herbal teas especially during flu season.

Rosehips — full of Vitamin C; administer rose hip  two hours before or four hours after antacids and iron containing supplements.

Elderberry — Clinical research shows that some elderberry extracts might reduce flu-like symptoms when given within 48 hours of initial symptoms. Significant symptom relief seems to occur within 2 to 4 days of treatment for most patients.
